A launchpad for coins backed by crypto-proxy stocks: tokenized shares of companies that hold, mine or trade crypto. A coin here has a bonding curve priced in that backing instead of a stablecoin, so every buy puts stock into the curve and every sell takes it out. You pay for a launch in Zcash: send ZEC, get a live coin.
MSTR, COIN, CRCL, GLXY, WULF and BULL, as tokenized shares. Use one on its own, take a preset like Treasury proxies (MSTR 50 / COIN 25 / CRCL 25) or Miners + exchange (WULF, COIN and GLXY in equal parts), or compose your own basket of up to six.
A basket is a token minted 1:1 against fixed amounts of its stocks, sized so one unit is about $1 of components on the day it is created. Buying a basket-backed coin pulls the stocks from your wallet, mints the units and buys on the curve in one transaction. Selling does the reverse. Basket units redeem 1:1 for the stocks inside.
It depends on the backing. A coin backed by a single approved stock (today MSTR, COIN, CRCL or BULL) moves to a Uniswap pool once its curve reaches the target. Basket coins, and single-stock coins on GLXY or WULF, keep trading on their curve for good: there, graduation means the raise target was hit and the founder can claim the 2% that has built up.
A launch is one ZEC payment. The launch page shows the Zcash address and the amount before you send anything, and a payment that is short or never arrives goes back to the refund address you gave. The founder of a coin earns a 2% creator fee on its trades. Traders pay network gas on their own trades, and their wallet shows the exact amounts before they sign.
No. Nothing here is insured or guaranteed. Backing is what sits in the curve, not a price floor. Tokenized stocks move and coins move more. A raise is not a promise. Trading a coin after launch is done from your own wallet, on its market page.
